A loft conversion turns dead storage into the best room in the house — a light-filled bedroom, office or en-suite with London rooftops out the window. Dormer, hip-to-gable, mansard or rooflight: we build all of them.

Most London lofts convert under permitted development, which means work can start quickly — and because we do design and build together, the staircase lands exactly where the house wants it.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

We measure head heights and roof structure, and tell you plainly which conversion type suits your house and budget.

Design

Drawings and structural calculations, building regs submission, and party wall agreements where neighbours share walls.

Build

Steels in, floor strengthened, dormer or gable formed and made weathertight — most structural work done from outside via scaffold.

Finish

Stairs, insulation, plaster, en-suite fit-out and decoration — a finished floor of the house, not just a converted attic.

Loft work happens above your daily life, so we keep it there: external scaffold access, floors protected, and a programme that gets the new staircase in as late — and as cleanly — as possible.

Insulation and fire compliance are designed in from day one, so the space is warm in winter, cool in summer, and fully signed off by building control.
