WHAT WE DO

A full renovation strips a house back to its bones and rebuilds it for the way you live now — new services, new layout, new finishes, same address. It is the most demanding work in construction, and the work we love most.

From Victorian terraces to 1930s semis, London housing stock rewards care: we keep the character worth keeping and replace everything that has quietly failed — wiring, plumbing, plaster, insulation — so the house works as well as it looks.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

We survey the whole property honestly — structure, damp, services — and scope what genuinely needs doing against what you want to spend.

Design

Layout drawings and a room-by-room specification: every socket, radiator and finish agreed on paper before the strip-out starts.

Build

Strip-out, structural alterations, first fix electrics and plumbing, insulation, plaster — sequenced so the house comes back together fast.

Finish

Second fix, kitchens, bathrooms, decoration and deep clean — finished room by room and snagged before you see it.

Renovations live or die by sequencing. We run a written programme, protect what stays, and keep dust and disruption contained — many of our clients stay in the house while phased work happens around them.

Materials are chosen to match the building: lime where the walls need to breathe, modern boards where they do not. Every trade is certified, every stage photographed and signed off.
