WHAT WE DO

Flooring is the one finish you touch every day. We supply and fit engineered wood, solid timber, herringbone, tile and luxury vinyl — over subfloors prepared properly, because a floor is only as good as what is underneath it.

Whether it is one room or a whole house, the same rules apply: moisture tested, levels corrected, acclimatised materials, and patterns set out from the room's true centre lines.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

We inspect the existing subfloor, test moisture, and advise which materials suit the room, the traffic and the underfloor heating if present.

Design

Materials, patterns, borders and thresholds chosen and set out — herringbone angles and tile lines planned before a single piece is cut.

Build

Subfloor preparation — screed, ply, levelling compound — then fitting with the correct adhesives, expansion gaps and acoustic layers.

Finish

Sanding and sealing where needed, trims and thresholds fitted, and a final clean — floors ready to live on the day we leave.

HOW WE DELIVER

Floor fitting rewards patience: we let screeds dry and timber acclimatise on programme rather than on hope. That is why our floors do not cup, creak or open at the joints a year later.

We fit branded engineered boards, porcelain and natural stone from established suppliers — with manufacturer-backed wear warranties on top of our own workmanship guarantee.
