From compact cloakrooms to full family bathrooms, every job gets the same discipline: tanking done properly, falls that drain, tiles that line through, and silicone you will never think about again.

HOW IT WORKS

Consultation

We assess pipe runs, water pressure and ventilation, then design around what your home can deliver — no promises the plumbing cannot keep.

Design

Sanitaryware, brassware, tiling and lighting chosen and laid out on paper, with storage designed in rather than squeezed in.

Build

Strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrics, tanking and waterproofing, then tiling — the invisible work that makes it last.

Finish

Sanitaryware fitted, glass installed, lighting and heating commissioned, sealed and polished — a finished room, not a punch list.

HOW WE DELIVER

Wet trades demand sequencing: waterproofing cures before tiles, tiles set before glass is templated. We run bathrooms on a fixed programme so your home has a working bathroom throughout wherever possible.

Porcelain, natural stone and quality brassware from suppliers we have used for years — installed with the certifications building control and your insurer expect.
