New Build House

A detached house built from bare ground on an infill plot in Hayes — the kind of project where everything depends on getting the first month right.

We handled the whole job under one contract: groundworks and foundations, superstructure, roof, first and second fix, and every finish inside. Because the plot backs onto neighbouring gardens, the design keeps the ridge low and puts the glazing at the rear, so the house gains light without overlooking anyone.

Building control signed off each stage as we went, and the house was handed over with its warranties, certificates and as-built drawings in one folder. This is our home patch — it is ten minutes from our own yard.
